A service plan for your facility

Build the common-area checklist first

Map entrances, lobbies, stairs, elevators, hallways, shared restrooms and amenity spaces. Identify where foot traffic and waste collection are concentrated. A shared-area checklist helps owners and managers agree on priorities without assuming that occupied units are included.

Plan turnovers as a separate assignment

A vacant unit or tenant space can need a different level of attention from an occupied building. Share its condition, access instructions, remaining contractor activity and target handover date. Confirm the turnover scope separately so recurring common-area work continues as planned.

Coordinate across tenants and buildings

For a portfolio, provide one contact for approvals and a separate access plan for each property. Identify how supply restocking, reported issues and changes to occupancy should be handled. Day porter support and periodic floor care can be discussed alongside the recurring schedule.
