Bank & Financial Institution Cleaning

A branch or financial office combines a public lobby with staff areas that have their own access rules. Adasa Pro Services offers recurring cleaning for lobbies, teller and waiting areas, offices, meeting rooms and restrooms, planned around your operating hours and your institution’s own access and security procedures.

A cleaning scope that respects how your branch or office is accessed

Separate the public lobby from restricted areas

List the lobby, teller line, waiting area, offices, meeting rooms, break rooms and restrooms, and mark each as public, staff-only or restricted. Anything behind secure doors, such as vaults, server rooms or cash-handling areas, is left out unless your institution authorizes access and defines how it is supervised. Stating these boundaries before the first visit avoids misunderstandings later.

Settle access and supervision before choosing a schedule

Financial facilities control who may enter and when. Share key and alarm procedures, whether staff must be present, and any badge or sign-in steps. Your institution’s own security requirements lead: the proposal should document how access will be handled rather than assume it.

Match tasks to the surfaces customers touch and see

Entrance doors and handles, glass, counters, waiting-area seating, floors and restrooms are used or seen by every visitor. Decide which are cleaned every visit and which weekly. Tell us about any device, kiosk or surface that the service provider must not clean or move, so the exclusion is written into the scope.

Questions about this service

Do you offer janitorial services for banks and credit unions?

Yes. Adasa Pro Services offers recurring cleaning programs for banks, credit unions and other financial offices. Share your location, hours and the areas you want cleaned, and the team will review scope, access and scheduling when preparing a proposal.

Does a proposal assume access to secure areas?

No. Areas behind secure doors are excluded unless your institution authorizes access and defines supervision. Your own security and access requirements lead, and the proposal documents how they will be followed.

Can cleaning be scheduled outside branch hours?

Provide the time windows when the building can be accessed and who handles keys and alarms. After-hours scheduling is reviewed with the scope and your access rules.
